What are the best two year programs to get into the medical field?

I am looking at programs 2 years or less to get me into the medical field as either a medical assistant or x-ray tech. I want to know what programs will guarantee me a job. I've looked at a lot of schools who say that they are "accredited" but I'm still uneasy about having the proper qualifications. Thank you for the advice in advance.
