Is there a non-surgical remedy for a inguinal hernia?

I have left side inguinal hernia which started developing slowly since 10 years. now i have pain and the intestine is protruding out in to the sacral sac.

some one from the medical side of any dicipline like homeopathy natural medicine etc.,
