    so now the governments role is ownership of the country, and the people are customers and these idiots in the private sector offering advice on how to run things…….wow

    Streamlining, simplifying, making intuitive and "transparent" the government-individual interface is an ongoing (never-ending) process. However, just to make government online systems fully integrated and coordinated with one another AND streamlined, etc., in JUST ONE AREA*, is unthinkably complex… so it's something that has to be "on the front burner" all the time for everyone.
    * eg: taxes, treasury, bonds – Federal, state & local. An enormous problem, but it has unlimited potential.
